How to Manage AI Access in Your Company Workspace
Important Prerequisite
You must have administrator rights to manage AI settings. If you don't have these rights, contact your Boardly account administrator.
Access AI Settings
- From your company details page, locate the 'AI Settings' button in the company management section.
- Click on the 'AI Settings' button to open the configuration modal.
AI Configuration Options
- Enable/Disable AI: Use the main toggle to enable or disable AI features across your entire company workspace.
- AI Provider Selection: Choose which AI providers your users can access:
- OpenAI (GPT-4) - Good latency and high-quality responses
- Google Gemini - Decent response quality with slightly higher latency
User AI Preferences
Even with AI enabled at the company level, users have control over their AI experience:
- Provider Selection: Users can choose their preferred AI provider from the ones you've enabled.
- Personal AI Toggle: Users can choose to disable AI features for their own account, regardless of company settings.
Tip
Consider enabling both AI providers to give your users flexibility in choosing the one that best suits their needs.
