Steps to create a dashboard
- Sheet and data range selection
- Choose the sheet on which the dashboard will be created
- Select the desired data range
- Click on "Next"
- Dashboard name definition
- Give your dashboard a name (you can modify it later)
- AI will try to guess data filters based on this name
- Click on "Next"
Allow AI to access all your data
By default, AI only sees column headers. Enabling this option will:
- Allow AI to analyze cell values for better suggestions
- Make AI hallucinations less likely
- ⚠️ Do not enable if your data is confidential
- Query configuration
Default
Get all data without any filtering
Custom
You know what you're doing, just write your own query
AI Help
Get helped by AI to filter, aggregate or sort the data. Describe what you want, click on an AI suggestion that fills up the query.
For example, from a database of dishes, I can ask the AI to only retrieve dishes of type 'Lunch'.
