- In the modal that opens, locate the "Users with access" section.
- Find the user whose access you want to revoke and click on their current role.
- In the dropdown menu that appears, click "Revoke access".
- The user's access rights will be immediately revoked.
Effects of access revocation

- The user will no longer be able to view or interact with the dashboard
Important tip
Make sure you want to revoke access before proceeding. This action can impact team collaboration and work. If you just want to modify access rights, consider changing the user's role rather than completely revoking access.
Access restoration
If you have revoked access by mistake or wish to restore it later:
- You can always reinvite the user by following the initial sharing process
- Previous access settings will not be automatically restored, you will need to reconfigure them
